An electrical circuit having one or more voltage sources is transformed into equivalent electrical network with a single voltage source (which is open circuit voltage of previous circuit) with series internal resistance of the network with all voltage sources replaced by their internal impedance. This is an illustration of:

(a) Superposition theorem
(b) Norton's Theorem
(c) Thevenin's theorem
(d) Reciprocity theorem
